Your Role:
You’ll be the go-to expert for their embedded software, leading firmware development for ARM-based microcontrollers. This isn’t just coding—it’s solving hard problems:
- Design custom protocols for rugged, low-power environments.
- Optimise global connectivity (LTE/NB-IoT) in energy-constrained systems.
- Build testing frameworks from unit tests to full hardware integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and shape their technical roadmap.
We Need Someone Who:
✔️ Codes like a pro in C/C++ (RTOS experience is key). Python? Bonus points.
✔️ Debugs like a detective (oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and UART/SPI sleuthing).
✔️ Thinks full-stack (basic EE skills to collaborate on hardware design).
✔️ Lives for sustainability and wants their work to leave a legacy.
🔑 You must have a Swiss or EU passport or a valid Swiss work permit.
